Refer someone for a specific job opportunity we are advertising and you could be rewarded with a David Jones voucher:

• Contract placement for at least three months - $50 David Jones voucher
• Permanent placement - $100 David Jones voucher

Referrals are payable where the following six conditions are met:-

1. The referred position is marked 'referral bonus payable' by means of a gold bar.

2. You must be registered with Diversiti to be able to refer a candidate to us. If you are not registered, please go to the Jobseekers page and register by submitting a candidate profile.

3. The referred candidate is not already registered with Diversiti.

4. The candidate is referred for a specific requirement that we have at the time of registration.

5. The referred candidate is successfully placed in the position that we refer them for.

6. The referred candidate successfully commences in the position at the contracted date and passes the probation period (for permanent roles).

Diversiti reserves the right to withhold payment until the referred candidate successfully commences in the referred position. Diversiti has no liability to make payments where the referred candidate does not successfully commence in the referred position, whether or not non-commencement is due to the actions of the client or the referred candidate.
